Gold Coast charity for young women

Confidence, skills and a sisterhood for every young woman.

Girls and Grace mentors young women on the Gold Coast through life-skills workshops and hands-on pathways into the hair and beauty industry — building self-worth that lasts a lifetime.

Our promise

What we do

Two streams. One wraparound program.

Confidence and life-skills mentoring on one side. Practical hair and beauty pathways on the other. Together they give young women on the Gold Coast a clear, supported way forward.

Who we are

Founded by women who have walked the path.

Girls and Grace is led by Stacey Ngaro — a Gold Coast salon owner and educator with 15+ years' industry experience — alongside a board of women across education, finance, business and youth work. The charity partners with the Australian Hair and Beauty Academy to access qualified trainers, and delivers programs at The Move Room (Currumbin) and Salon First.

We're a registered charity (ACNC Public Benevolent Institution, ABN 62 714 012 797) based in Currumbin Waters, serving the Gold Coast and South East Queensland.
